Carol was absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was our first time buying a house and the process was incredibly easy! She was so responsive to answer our calls as well as showing us different homes. She is very knowledgable in the different areas around Hampton Roads and answered all of  our questions honestly-- which we definitely appreciated! She set up all of our inspection appointments and kept us informed throughout the entire process. At closing, she even gave us a few house warming gifts for our pets!
