I helped this gentleman find a home where he could hang his hat during his service in the Norfolk, Virginia area with the United States Navy. That was all she wrote! Debra is very knowledgeable in real estate serving her clients needs and preferences and communicating with them to make sure they understand all of the processes. The home was not offered for sale with owner financing. The prospective buyer even though having over 20% down payment could not  qualify for a mortgage due to work history being outside of the United States. After a time period our agent went above and beyond in assisting in setting up partial owner financing to make the seal work for all parties involved. I would recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs.
