Cait is highly knowledgeable of the market, honest, accommodating, quick to respond and just a bunch of fun to go see houses with! Cait loves what she does and it shows. I have known Cait since high school and when the time came for my husband and I to sell our Virginia Beach rental property, Cait was the first person I asked. She was quick to respond to our every question and concern and was honest with us about the repairs the house needed before it could be  listed. We live out of state, so the stress of listing and getting a house ready to sell was huge, but Cait handled everything. She got quotes, scheduled contractors, and oversaw all the repairs. Her communication is excellent and she is extremely patient with answering any and all questions you might have. She truly knows the market and cares about her clients. My husband was gone for most of the process and there is no doubt in my mind that Cait maintained my sanity through the whole thing.
