Properties Listed For Rent:

The properties listed below are available for rent. Please make note of Bayview Realty's qualifying criteria for rental applicants:

• Minimum credit score of 600
• Debt to income ratio of less than 40%
• Source of funds must be 3 times the monthly rent
• Good landlord reference
• No rental or utility judgments
• No prior evictions
• Bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 2 years

NO Credit Privacy Numbers permitted. All social security numbers will be verified with the Social Security Administration.

If pets are allowed on the property, we do not accept the following breeds: Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, Chows, and Cane Corso. All pets are to be approved by the owner. Per our homeowners' insurance policies, we cannot accept any dogs deemed aggressive. All ESA and Service Animals must have documentation from a medical professional. 

Our application fee is $50 per applicant. Once your application is processed, your application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
