I cut my teeth in the business at an early age as the assistant to one of the most successful real estate icons in the area. Often referred to as "The Kid" this was an apprenticeship most in the industry would envy. I went on to become an Associate Broker and eventually the Sales Manager of that company along the way collecting numerous awards, including membership in the prestigious Circle of Excellence. I diversified my palette of skills by going abroad to manage the Andalusian office of one of the most respected British estate agencies in Spain, often cited in international publications and the British press as a property expert. Working in the international market years gave me a different perspective of how service and results can be delivered to a very diverse clientele. While this professional experience was both challenging and fun, after several years I was drawn back "home". I am well versed in every aspect of real estate drawing from my years of working in sales, management and marketing, as well as my other related experiences as a property investor and small business owner. I enjoy renovating homes and am very in-tune to all of the technological developments within the industry. Having the experience of being involved in hundreds of transactions throughout my career along with my love of the business gives me an edge over many of my peers. My sense of the new strategies and marketing techniques is second to none-I am truly a blend of old and new schools. I was born in Santiago de Compostela, Spain and raised in several countries, and I speak Spanish and English with equal effectiveness. I am proud of my multi-cultural background and diverse experiences and know this combination brings a special depth of field to the clients I serve.

I met Jason very early on, in the beginning stages of my home search, in the Spring of 2017. Just met Jason a couple of months ago. as a seasoned real estate investor I explained to him; what areas I like, what type of property I like, what price range I like and the fact that at sometimes I'm hard headed, stubborn, unreasonable and most importantly that if the numbers don't make sense  then I have no interest. Jason told me he could work with me. within a few days he provided me a list of the type of properties I like, I looked them over and we toured a property that I selected. remember I'm an investor, I made a cash offer on the property that some may consider was "low ball" but what I would consider reasonable. Jason hammered through three rounds of offers and counter offers and we settled at $2,400.00 above my initial offer. I was surprised, Jason was surprised and it was over. Jason did all the work, he hammered out the deal in my best interest all I had to do was provide the financing. If he can deal with me i'm certain he can deal with anyone.
