I am really glad we used Pete and Colin as our agents. They took us to many houses and spent many hours with us as we were very picky on the type of house we wanted. I told them what I wanted and didn't want and they followed it and finally found us the perfect house. After finding the house it  all went very smooth, they took care of everything so my husband and I would not have to worry.
